About us

Nobody takes responsibility
for the whole thing.

That's the gap we exist to fill.

Why we exist

Every year, hundreds of thousands of UK families face the same situation. Someone they're responsible for needs care, often urgently, always for the first time, and they have no idea where to start.

The current options are limited. Charities offer generic advice. Directories give you a list and leave you to it. Care homes have commercial incentives to sell you their own beds. Hospital discharge teams are overwhelmed. Financial advisors handle one piece. Solicitors handle another.

Nobody takes responsibility for the whole thing. That's the gap we exist to fill.

What we do differently

We are a personal care coordination service. Not a platform. Not a directory. Not a marketplace.

When a family engages us, one dedicated advisor takes on their case and handles it end-to-end. The research, the calls, the visits, the negotiations, the paperwork, the ongoing coordination. All of it.

Three things define how we work:

We are genuinely independent.

We take no fees, commissions, or referrals from any care provider. Our only income is what families pay us directly. That's what makes our advice worth trusting.

One advisor, start to finish.

Not a call centre. Not a rotating team. The same person from the first call to the final arrangement, and afterwards as things evolve.

We do the work, not a list.

The value is not in what we tell you to do. It's in what we do for you.

Who we work with

We work with individuals and families across the UK who are navigating care decisions for someone they're responsible for. Most commonly:

  • An adult child helping a parent who can no longer manage alone
  • A spouse or partner facing a new diagnosis or decline
  • A family member coordinating a hospital discharge that came faster than expected
  • Someone who can see things changing and wants to plan ahead properly

We also work with families based overseas managing care for UK relatives, where the distance makes professional coordination especially valuable.

What we are not

We are not a care provider. We do not directly employ carers or operate care homes. We are not regulated by the CQC because we are advisory and coordination only.

We are not a substitute for your GP, solicitor, or financial adviser. We work alongside them, and often help families find the right ones when they don't have them.

We are not a free service. Families pay us because our time, expertise, and independence are genuinely worth paying for. We are a premium service for people who value having one trusted person take responsibility.

Our commitments

  • We will always tell you the truth, including when the truth is uncomfortable.
  • We will always act in your best interest. Not ours, not a provider's.
  • We will always be clear about what we can help with and what we can't.
  • We will always be available when you need us, within reasonable hours and in urgent situations.
  • We will always treat your information and your family's situation with complete confidentiality.
